LET’S GO CYCLISTS – be in to win $500 cash!

Meo Cycle Coach David Meo + Simply FitnessNutritionist/Personal Trainer Emma Cachemaille are leading the winter cycling challenge for 2017.

It’s the middle of winter and it seems like the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge is still so far away, but it is less than 5 months. At this stage of the year most of us can say we are guilty of doing too much eating and way too little riding. If this sounds like you, then it’s time to act and create a more positive power to weight ratio. By doing the consistent work through winter you’ll be ahead of the bunch.

We are offering you the chance to join our 6 Week Winter Challenge where you will receive:

  • 2 super fun bike workouts (indoor or outdoor) plus guidance on building your long ride every week for six weeks.
  • A nutritionist designed 5 day a week food plan showing breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks to match your active lifestyle
  • Recipes for the dinners Monday – Friday and a complete shopping list for the 5 days to make life easy. The meals are very cost effective and quick and simple to make.

The challenge starts Monday 31st July and runs through till Sunday 10th September, so get on board with your riding buddies and have the chance to win $500 cash (T & C’s apply).

Once you register, the following will happen:

  • You will be sent a welcome email with payment instructions.
  • The team will link with you on Facebook (either David Meo or Emma Cachemaille).
  • You will then be added to the secret Facebook group. This is where you can access your weekly workouts + food plans, fitness + health tips and be able to organise meet ups with people of like abilities.
  • Come 31st July this secret bunch will be clipping in and rolling out.

It’s a one-off payment of $129 to join the challenge.

Sign up with one or more riding buddies and you all pay only $99 per person.
